摘要：
本发明属于硅酸盐工学，精细陶瓷与功能陶瓷领域。一种耐高温、耐腐蚀、高分离性能和低阻力的，其膜在内或在外表面上的陶瓷膜孔梯度和高气体选择、催化分离支撑体的孔梯度陶瓷，它是由氧化铝或二氧化硅或二氧化钛为主料，加粘土和长石配制而成，经注浆、热灌注和挤出单独或相结合的成型方法成型，然后经湿式干燥、紧密堆叠卧装和吊装的方式装窑，在1100—1550℃高温下烧制而成。陶瓷膜的孔径为0.1—15μm，气孔率30—55％，膜厚为1—200μm，共有2—10层。直径为4—40mm，长度为25—1500mm，厚度为3—10mm的管状陶瓷膜孔梯度陶瓷。
摘要（英）：
It is resistant to high temp. and corrosion, and has high separating property and low resistance. Its film, on the external or internal surface, has a hole gradient highly selective to gas and catalytic-separable support. It is made with alumina, silicon dioxide or titania as the main material added with clay and feldspar. After processing, moulding, drying and loading in furnace, it is baked at a temperature of 1100-1550 degrees C. The ceramic film has hole operture 0.1-15 mu m, porosity 30-55%, thickness 1-200 mu m, in 2-10 layers. The tubular ceramic with hole gradient has a diameter of 4-40 mm, length 25-1500 mm and thickness of 3-10 mm.
