The invention discloses a safety valve. The safety valve comprises a body and a center bolt arranged in the body, wherein a locking nut matched with the center bolt is arranged on the body; a sealinggasket which can turn on and turn off water inflow of a water inlet end of the body is arranged on the center bolt; a sheet body matched with an inner circumferential wall of the body is arranged on the center bolt in a sleeving manner; water-passing holes for enabling water to pass through are formed in the sheet body; and a first spring is arranged between the sheet body and the locking nut. According to the safety valve disclosed by the invention, a water softening device is additionally arranged on a water inlet path, so that noises of water inflow and impact on inner parts are reduced, and large particles of water also can be coarsely filtered.
