The utility pole is characterized by comprising a cross arm, a solar photovoltaic module, a power transmission line, a storage battery, a controller, a utility pole body and a mobile phone; the cross arm is provided with the solar photovoltaic module connected with the storage battery, and the storage battery is connectedwith the controller and stores electric energy generated by the solar photovoltaic module and provides the electric energy for the controller; the utility pole body comprises a ceramic tube and is internally hollow, the ceramic tube is covered with a resin fiber layer, and the outermost layer is transparent plastic. A photosensitive sensor is arranged between the resin fiber layer and the transparent plastic and connected with the controller. The utility pole positions small posted advertisements under the condition that workers do not need to patrol on site, and the workers can timely removethe small advertisements. Meanwhile, the utility pole can fully utilize natural resources, save energy and protect the environment.
