The invention provides a method for separating Teadenol A and Teadenol B from fermented tea. The method comprises the steps of: (1) providing the fermented tea which contains the Teadenol A and Teadenol B; (2) performing extraction on the fermented tea by using boiling water or an organic solvent so as to obtain a leaching liquor; (3) performing extraction on the leaching liquor by using organic solvents so as to obtain extract which contains the Teadenol A and Teadenol B; (4) performing separation on the extract by using a silica gel column so as to obtain crude separated matter; and (5) performing separation on the crude separated matter by using a macroporous resin column, performing elution by using 5-20%, by volume, of ethanol or an aqueous methanol solution, and collecting eluent toobtain the Teadenol A. Through method, the Teadenol A with high purity and Teadenol B with high purity can be obtained, and the method has simple operation, low cost and few steps, and facilitates mass production.
