The invention relates to a trapping welding method for a vibrating table excitation cooling water copper pipe. The method comprises the steps that the cracking portion of the excitation cooling watercopper pipe is ground and cut off, the two ends at the fracture are ground, the inner diameter of each of two semi-arc copper pipes is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the excitation coolingwater copper pipe, and the length is larger than that of the cut cracked copper pipe, and the length of the top semi-arc copper pipe is smaller than that of the bottom semi-arc copper pipe. The welding surfaces of the semi-arc copper pipes and the excitation cooling water copper pipe are polished, the bottom semi-arc copper pipe is placed below the cracked copper pipe, and an inner ring of the contact surface is welded; the top semi-arc copper pipe is buckled on the well welded copper pipe and completely fitted with the arc of the previous part, and finally the surrounding ring seal welding is performed. According to the trapping welding method, the excitation cooling water copper pipe does not need to be dismantled, and only the cracked position needs to be cut. The semi-arc copper tubeundergoes trapping welding, and the copper pipe clogging phenomenon can be avoided.
