A flexible anti-bending and twisting wind energy special-purpose transmission cable of the present invention comprises a plurality of power cable cores which are distributed uniformly, the signal cable cores are distributed between the adjacent power cable cores, and a wrapping layer, a water blocking layer, a protection layer and a sheath which are distributed orderly from inside to outside wrapthe exteriors of the plurality of power cable cores jointly. The polypropylene filling strips are arranged in the gaps of the wrapping layer and the power cable cores and the gaps of the wrapping layer and the signal cable cores, the protection layer comprises an inner transition layer wrapping the water blocking layer, the elastic strips which are distributed uniformly along the circumferential direction of the inner transition layer and are connected on the inner transition layer and an outer transition layer wrapping the sheath and supporting the elastic strips, and the elastic strips are equipped with the cavities. The flexible anti-bending and twisting wind energy special-purpose transmission cable of the present invention has the excellent waterproof and flame retardant performances,effectively avoids the cable short circuit, prevents from being bitten by the termites and the mice, is strong in flexibility and anti-bending and twisting capability, prevents the situation that thecable shakes to break, protects the safety of the internal cable cores of the cable, facilitates the wind energy transmission, and guarantees the social property safety.
