The invention provides a thermal zinc spraying drawing force detection method of a wind turbine bearing. A drawing force detection sample block made of the same material of the wind turbine bearing isproduced, and the detection sample block is matched with a wind turbine bearing mounting hole in shape; the drawing force detection sample block is mounted in the wind turbine bearing mounting hole;the drawing force detection sample block is subjected two sand blasting treatment with the wind turbine bearing; after sand blasting, the drawing force detection sample block is subjected to zinc spraying treatment with a product; after zinc spraying, a drawing force detection rivet is glued to the drawing force detection sample block; after a preset period, drawing force detection is conducted. The drawing force detection sample block can be processed as part of the product instead of being treated independently, the binding force condition of each set of wind turbine bearing after spraying process can be randomly detected, data are real and effective, the accuracy is high, the actual condition in the processing process can be reflected, and real-time adjustment can be performed accordingto the actual detection condition.
