The invention provides a releasing tool comprising a perforating pipe column and a releasing pipe column. The perforating pipe column comprises a first oil tube and a sand blower; the lower end of thefirst oil tube is connected with the upper end of the sand blower, a cavity of the first oil tube communicates with a cavity of the sand blower, and the lower end of the sand blower is closed; through holes are formed in the cylinder wall of the sand blower and internally provided with nozzles with one ends exposed out of the through holes; the releasing pipe column comprises a second oil tube and a sand removal packer; the sand removal packer comprises a sleeve and leather cups arranged outside the sleeve in a sleeving mode; and the lower end of the second oil tube is connected with the upper end of the sleeve. According to the releasing tool, the problem that a sieve tube is stuck by sand in an annulus between the sieve tube and the sleeve, and consequently sieve tube fishing fails canbe solved.
