Fh important genes SAP2, Cathepsin L1D and Cathepsin B4 are cloned, the amino acid sequence of the Fh important gene coding protein is analyzed by bioinformation software, dominant epitopes are screened, dominant antigen epitopes obtained through screening are connected in series by using flexible amino acid according to certain permutation and combination, and a multi-epitope fusion antigen (Fh-meAg) geneis established and synthesized. The Fh-meAg gene is cloned into an expression vector and expressed in Escherichia coli, the recombinant protein Fh-meAg is prepared, and the recombinant protein Fh-meAg2 with high reactogenicity is obtained through serologic test screening. Compared with the prior art, the fasciola hepatica multi-epitope fusion antigen Fh-meAg2 has high specificity and sensitivityand is an Fh infection diagnosis antigen molecule with application value.
