The invention discloses a process method for avoiding braze welding cracks of a high-pressure turbine blade process channel. The process method includes the steps: 1) prefabricating mixed materials comprising D15 brazing filler metals and Rene 80 in the high-pressure turbine blade process channel; 2) taking the upper end face of a tenon on a high-pressure turbine blade as a reference surface, andenabling a needle head for injecting the mixed materials to penetrate downwards into a 60mm position from the high-pressure turbine blade process channel; 3) injecting the mixed materials into the inner wall of the high-pressure turbine blade process channel from the needle head, namely, filling the high-pressure turbine blade process channel with the mixed materials, turning the needle head on the inner wall of the high-pressure turbine blade process channel by 90 degrees, filling another position of the inner wall of the high-pressure turbine blade process channel again, and performing filling totally for four times until the periphery of the inner wall of the high-pressure turbine blade process channel is totally filled. The high-pressure turbine blade process channel can be sealed, andthe brazing seam cracks are more effectively avoided.
