The invention discloses an air deflector of a small air-cooling tower arranged horizontally in a radiator tower. The air deflector comprises a ring-shaped deflector (4) horizontally arranged at the outer wall (1) of the air cooling tower, and the ring-shaped deflector (4) is located close to a herringbone column (3) of the air cooling tower. The ring-shaped deflector is installed along the upper edge of the herringbone column of the air cooling tower to prevent lateral wind at most of the side wall of the tower from flowing towards an air inlet of the tower, thereby reducing the influence on the direction of the lateral wind below the height of the air inlet of the tower, the phenomenon of 'wind cover' caused by the influence of the lateral wind is reduced, the amount of air entering the air cooling tower is increased, the area of the air passing through a radiator is increased, and thus the thermal characteristic of the tower under the influence of the lateral wind is improved.
