本发明涉及一种新型减速装置,包括电机、弧齿锥齿轮、输出轴和蜗杆,所述电机的输出轴通过齿合机构与弧齿锥齿轮相齿合,所述蜗杆与弧齿锥齿轮相齿合,在所述蜗杆上设有一个蜗轮,在所述蜗轮和输出轴之间设有一个减速机构。本发明传动结构形式合理,准确实现升降精确定位、自锁安全,使用功率小承载能力大、节能、操作简单、自动化程度高。

The invention relates to a novel decelerating device which comprises a motor, a curved-tooth bevel gear, an output shaft and a worm. An output shaft of the motor is engaged with the curved-tooth bevelgear through an engaging mechanism, and the worm is engaged with the curved-tooth bevel gear. A worm wheel is arranged on the worm, and a decelerating mechanism is arranged between the worm wheel andthe output shaft. According to the novel decelerating device, a transmission structure is reasonable in mode, lifting precise positioning and safe self-locking are accurately achieved, the service power is small, the bearing capacity is large, energy conservation is achieved, operation is easy, and the automation degree is high.
