The invention discloses a novel upper fan-shaped plate and lower fan-shaped plate assembly for an YB45 packing machine No. 6 wheel. A plurality of cigarette pack shaping mould boxes are subpacked between an upper fan-shaped plate and a lower fan-shaped plate, the upper fan-shaped plate is arranged around the outer circumference of the upper end face of the No. 6 wheel, and the upper fan-shaped plate comprises an internal mounting groove plate, an upper sliding clamping plate, an upper cigarette pack stopping strip groove and an upper external baffle which are sequentially arranged from insideto outside. The upper fan-shaped plate is provided with a waste cigarette pack removal plate receding groove, and an upper stainless steel granule plate layer is arranged on the lower end face of theupper sliding clamping plate. The lower fan-shaped plate comprises a cigarette pack inlet section annular plate and a cigarette pack outlet section annular plate which are both of arc-shaped annular plate structures. The cigarette pack inlet section annular plate and the cigarette pack outlet section annular plate are arranged around the outer circumference of the lower end face of the No. 6 wheel, a gap exists between the discharging end of the cigarette pack inlet section annular plate and the feeding end of the cigarette pack outlet section annular plate, and a removal notch is formed. Thedevice mainly adopts the stainless steel granule plate and high molecular polyethylene engineering plastic stopping strips, scratching, generated in the No. 6 wheel, of cigarette packs is reduced, andthe product quality and maintenance efficiency are improved.
