The invention discloses an on-line detonator explosion-proof film sealing machine packaging method. The method comprises the following steps of conveying of packaging boxes; discharging film, cuttingfilm and wrapping film automatically; carrying out a transverse sealing film; and a lateral sealing film, wherein the transverse sealing film comprises a folding transverse sealing folding pressing, aprimary transverse sealing and a secondary transverse sealing; the transverse sealing film comprises a side sealing folding pressing and a lateral sealing film. According to the method, a traditionalcoating process is changed, and a temperature of equipment, electromagnetic environment and other safety requirements, during production of the electric detonator, are achieved, and the effect of automatically coating the film and preventing moisture is achieved, so that the production efficiency is high, the safety is reliable, and the automatic sealing film of the outer film of a detonator packaging box can be automatically completed, then the labor cost can be saved; and the manual packaging process can be replaced.
