The invention relates to a graphene/metal composite modified adhesive impregnated veneer and a preparation method thereof. The impregnated veneer is prepared by impregnating pretreated log veneer intoa modified adhesive by using a vacuum pressurizing method, wherein the modified adhesive is prepared from impregnating resin and an ammonium polyphosphate-organic bentonite/graphene-Cu composite nano-material; every 100 parts by weight of resin contains 3 to 8 parts by weight of the ammonium polyphosphate-organic bentonite/graphene-Cu composite nano-material; every 100 parts by weight of waterborne coating contains 3 to 8 parts by weight of the ammonium polyphosphate-organic bentonite/graphene-Cu composite nano-material. The impregnated veneer prepared by the preparation method has the advantages of high heat transfer efficiency, high heating speed and good dimensional stability; the aims of rapid heat transfer, energy saving and consumption reduction are achieved.
