The invention provides an assessment method, which mainly describes power loss caused by influence on node voltage deviation rate and harmonic distortion rate of a power distribution network after distributed photovoltaic access, meanwhile, carries out comprehensive assessment on operation risk of a distributed photovoltaic access system under a multi-scenario condition with characteristics of photovoltaic output being taken into consideration. The risk assessment method above considers a photovoltaic output probability model, obtains photovoltaic output through Monte-Carlo sampling accordingto different types of typical photovoltaic output models, carries out integrative computation on power distribution network operation risk under different scenarios, and realizes comprehensive assessment of operation risk of the distributed photovoltaic access power distribution network under the multi-scenario condition.
