A air-flow analyzer and a respirator air passage are connected, the air-flow analyzer and a PC machine are in communication connection, the respirator and the PC machine are in communication connection, multiple data sampling points are set, for each sampling point, a calibration instruction is issued by a computer,monitored parameter values are automatically returned after the calibration instruction is received by the air-flow analyzer and the respirator, analysis processing on sampling point data received bythe computer and a respirator AD value is carried out, a calibration curve is automatically drafted, and the final calibration result is issued to the respirator.
