The invention provides a fuel pressure pulse damping device for a fuel reflux pipeline between a high pressure pump and a fuel tank in a fuel system. The fuel pressure pulse damping device comprises ashell and an impeller, wherein comprises an inlet pipe, an outlet pipe and a middle pipe located between the inlet pipe and the outlet pipe; and the impeller which can rotate is located in the middlepipe.
