The invention discloses an epoxy-resin-based high thermal conductivity conductive composite material and a preparation method thereof. The epoxy-resin-based high thermal conductivity conductive material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-60 parts of epoxy resin, 5-10 parts of vinyl n-butyl ether, 10-25 parts of polypyrrole, 2-5 parts of sodium sulfonate, 2-5 partsof nanometer aluminum oxide, 3-6 parts of carbon nanofibers, 2-5 parts of nano-graphite, 1-3 parts of coupling agents and 1-5 parts of cross-linking agents. By utilizing cross-linking of high molecules and an organic-inorganic hybridization principle, the composite material is enabled to have the advantages of being high in thermal conductivity constant and high in electric conduction performance,and application of the thermal conductivity conductive composite material to electronics which demand rapid cooling is promoted.
