The device comprises a detection module, a communication module, a controller module, a switch module, an inverter module and a filter module, wherein the detection module is electrically connected with an external power grid; the communication module performs information interaction with a microgrid energy management system and is used for receiving commands of the microgrid energy management system; the controller module is electrically connected with the inverter module, is used for controlling amplitudes of output voltage and output current, frequency and phase of the inverter module, is used for generating a driving signal of the inverter module, is connected with the detection module, and is used for controlling the switch module; the switch module is electrically connected with the controller module; the inverter module is electrically connected with the controller module; the filter module is electrically connected withthe inverter module. By using the embodiments of the application, the microgrid plug and play device can realize the fast synchronization of a microgrid and the power grid under the condition that nosynchronization unit is available, thus realizing friendly grid-connection.
