The invention relates to a distribution-type household photovoltaic and ice storage optimizing coordinated control system and method. A photovoltaic and ice storage air-conditioning system stores solar energy in the mode of ice in the daytime, photovoltaic collecting of multiple low-energy densities is achieved, and cooling capacity is released at night. According to the characteristics of big data and historical data, the current ice storage quantity and the working mode of the system are determined through judgment of the control system, and the refrigeration requirements of users at night are met. Through the operation mode of the photovoltaic and ice storage air-conditioning system, the problem that at present, grid electricity supply is difficult due to the large air conditioning loadproportion is solved, and meanwhile the photovoltaic use ratio is increased; the ice is stored in the electricity using low ebb period of the daytime when residents go out, the cooling capacity is released in the electricity using peak at night, thus peak load shifting is achieved, the electricity using peak-ebb difference is decreased, the electricity using load on the grid side tends to be stable, and the generating efficiency of a generating unit is improved; and in addition, the solar energy in the daytime is stored and used at night, and the problem of photovoltaic inverse peak shiftingis solved.
