The invention provides an electric heating water dispenser. The water dispenser has a small-capacity electric heater and a large-capacity electric heater in parallel in a cabinet. A one-way valve which supplies water from the large-capacity electric heater to the small-capacity electric heater is arranged between the two electric heaters. The small-capacity electric heater and the large-capacity electric heater are respectively provided with electric heating devices. The lower side of the large-capacity electric heater is provided with a water level valve supplementing cold water. The arrangement can make the electric heating water dispenser rapidly supply hot water outward through the small-capacity electric heater, and the large-capacity electric heater heats at the same time, to supplement to the small-capacity electric heater in time, so that the electric heating water dispenser can provide water for relatively long time.
