By the equipment, a surface of a diamond line silicon wafer can be fabricated to form a textured surface conforming to requirement, so that a black silicon battery piece is produced; compared with a diamond line additive battery piece produced by existing and conventional chain type texturing equipment, the conversion efficiency of the battery piece can be improved by 0.3%; compared with a battery piece produced by existing groove-type black silicon texturing equipment, the conversion efficiency of the battery piece is balanced, while the production cost is obviously reduced, and the equipment length is only half of the groove-type black silicon texturing equipment; and compared with a conventional mortar battery piece, the conversion efficiency of the battery piece can be improved by 0.2-0.3%.
