The invention discloses wet black-silicon chain type texturing equipment. The wet black-silicon chain type texturing equipment comprises a loading groove, a process groove, a water groove, an acid tank group, a water groove, a pickling groove, a water groove, an alkali groove, a water groove, an acid groove F, a water groove, a drying groove and an unloading groove which are sequentially connectedalong a transmission direction of a silicon wafer, wherein an upper roller and a lower roller are arranged in each groove, are used for transmitting the silicon wafer and are continued in each grooveforwards and backwards. By the equipment, a surface of a diamond line silicon wafer can be fabricated to form a textured surface conforming to requirement, so that a black silicon battery piece is produced; compared with a diamond line additive battery piece produced by existing and conventional chain type texturing equipment, the conversion efficiency of the battery piece can be improved by 0.3%; compared with a battery piece produced by existing groove-type black silicon texturing equipment, the conversion efficiency of the battery piece is balanced, while the production cost is obviously reduced, and the equipment length is only half of the groove-type black silicon texturing equipment; and compared with a conventional mortar battery piece, the conversion efficiency of the battery piece can be improved by 0.2-0.3%.
