The invention provides a display panel and a wearable VR display device, and relates to the technical field of display. The problem can be solved that when displaying is performed on two areas, the display effect is not uniform due to difference between two display screens. The display panel includes a left-eye display area and a right-eye display area which are arranged side by side and a non-display area located outside the left-eye display area and the right-eye display area; a plurality of sub-pixel units are disposed in the left-eye display area and the right-eye display area respectively, and the sub-pixel units in the left-eye display area and the right-eye display area are carried by the same substrate base plate.
