The invention provides a distributed fiber vibration measurement apparatus based on indoor OPGW. The distributed fiber vibration measurement apparatus based on indoor OPGW includes an optical path unit and an electronic unit which is connected with the optical path unit, wherein the optical path unit includes a pulse laser sequence unit, a photoelectric conversion unit and a circulator which is connected with the optical unit and the electronic unit; the circulator is connected with a test fiber of a galloping line; the optical path unit is connected with the electronic unit through a communication module; the electronic unit includes successively connected data collector, central electronic controller, data protector and host computer; the data protector and the host computer are connected through a network port; the central electronic controller includes a data processor, a data error correction device and an auxiliary control unit; and the data error correction device and the auxiliary control unit are connected with the data processor. The distributed fiber vibration measurement apparatus based on indoor OPGW can provide a targeted vibration measurement scheme according to thegalloping characteristics of the OPGW power transmission line, and is used for monitoring amplitude and frequency of galloping of the indoor OPGW galloping line in real time.
