The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a bobbin creel. The method comprises the following steps of S1, segmented warping is performed; all warp yarns on a warp shaft are divided into several parts and are wound to form a narrow breadth segmented warp shaft; then, the segmented warp shaft is assembled into a warp shaft used on a warp weaving machine; S2, yarns or filament yarns are guided out from a yarn frame; concentration is performed by a yarn concentration plate; the yarns pass through a yarn division box, a tension roller, a static electricity eliminator, an oiler, a yarn storage device, a telescopic foil and a yarn guiding roller to be uniformly wound onto the warp shaft; on some warp sorting machines, the surface of the warp shaft is tightly pressed by a felt covering press roller. A cone yarn is inserted onto the yarn frame. Accessory mechanisms including a tensioning device, a yarn cutting self stopping device, a static electricity eliminator, a signal lamp and thelike are arranged on the yarn frame; S3, the circular disc type tensioning device is arranged in front of the cone yarn. The warp yarns are guided out from a cylinder, pass through the baffle plate, penetrate into the magnetic holes, then pass through a position between an upper tension disc and a lower tension disc, and are guided out after bypassing one upright post or three upright posts. The mode is efficient, convenient and fast; the production efficiency of the yarns can be effectively improved; good popularization values are realized.
