本发明公开了一种查尔酮sanjuanolide的合成方法，查尔酮sanjuanolide学名2′,4′‑二羟基‑3′‑(2″‑羟基‑3″‑甲基‑3″‑丁烯基)查尔酮，本发明以廉价的2,4‑二羟基‑3‑异戊烯基苯乙酮和苯甲醛等为原料，经过羟基保护、羟醛缩合、脱保护基、光氧化首次实现了具有潜在的药用价值的查尔酮sanjuanolide的全合成，可用于较大量合成，具有较大的研究意义，总产率为43.8％。
摘要（英）：
The invention discloses a synthesis method of chalcone sanjuanolide. The scientific name of the chalcone sanjuanolide is 2',4'-dihydroxy-3-(2''-hydroxy-3''-methyl-3''-butenyl)chalcone. Full synthesisof the chalcone sanjuanolide with potential medicinal value is realized for the first time by taking cheap 2,4-dihydroxy-3-isoprenyl acetophenone and benzaldehyde as raw materials through hydroxyl protection, aldol condensation, protective group removal and photooxidation, the synthesis method of the chalcone sanjuanolide can be applied to large-scale synthesis and has a great research significance, and the total yield is 43.8 percent.
