The invention provides a knee joint prosthesis filling block. The knee joint prosthesis filling block comprises an extension rod, a sleeve and a plurality of patches; the extension rod is used for connecting with a knee joint prosthesis; the extension rod is sleeved with the sleeve; the patches are detachably connected to the sleeve so that bone defects in an implanted position of the knee joint prosthesis can be filled with the patches. In a knee joint prosthesis revision surgery, the bone defects of a patient can be filled with different types of patches according to different forms of the bone defects of the patient, and the problem that bone defects are filled with integrated filling blocks in the prior art which cannot be adapted to different forms of the bone defects of the patient is solved.
