本发明涉及一种玉米综合处理装置，包括玉米粒脱除装置和副产品回收再利用装置，所述玉米粒脱除装置包括外壳、进料装置、苞叶分离装置、脱粒装置、除杂装置以及控制装置，所述副产品回收再利用装置包括破碎装置、压缩装置和副产品储存装置。通过对各个装置的结构和材质进行改进，使得玉米脱粒全流程在该一个装置中完成，并使得生产效率达到较高的程度。

The invention relates to comprehensive treatment apparatus for corn. The apparatus comprises a corn kernel removing device and a by-product recycling device, wherein the corn kernel removing device includes an outer shell, a material inlet device, a corn bract separating device, a threshing device, an impurity removing device and a control device; and the by-product recycling device includes a crushing device, a compressing device and a by-product storage device. According to the apparatus provided by the invention, through the improvement of the structures and materials of each device, the whole process of corn threshing is completed in the single apparatus, and the production efficiency reaches a higher level.
