The invention relates to the technical field of computer networks and particularly relates to an SDN-based multimedia business QoE resource allocation method. The method comprises the following steps:(S1) establishing SDN-based multimedia business QoE resource allocation models including a task model and a network model; (S2) establishing network total utility functions including a node of an execution task formula (shown in the description) and the income and cost of the formula, and determining a target function formula (as shown in the description); and (S3) allocating network resources byvirtue of the target function in the step (S2) based on the allocation models established in the step (S1), and establishing a resource allocation method. According to the SDN-based multimedia business QoE resource allocation method, multiple network elements can be used for cooperatively measuring and collecting QoE influence factors in the SDN through a flow control and routing mechanism utilizing QoE as a center, and multiple influence factors are measured, so that the cooperation of multiple network resources is realized, and the integral QoE is improved.
