The invention discloses a forming method of a tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer bourdon tube. According to the method, the bourdon tube is produced from a tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer; a forming mold for producing the bourdon tube is pretreated firstly, and surface damage is avoided when a tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoroalkyl vinyl ethercopolymer tube material is assembled on the mold; the tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer tube material is assembled on the forming mold; then the heating and heat preservation time is calculated according to the wall thickness of the tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer tube material, the tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer tube material assembled on the forming mold is heated and pressurized, cooling and demolding are performed after the tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer tube material is formed on the forming mold, and the tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer bourdon tube is produced.
