The invention discloses a reconstruction method for a swamping green land habitat. The method comprises the steps of arrangement of an underground seepage-collecting water-discharging pipe network, arrangement of a ground water supply pipe sprinkling irrigation network, arrangement of a water storage power pool and system connection structure and planting of vegetation. The method provided by theinvention can flexibly adjust the moisture content of the growth environment of the vegetation; when water is over-saturated or accumulated, the water can be discharged and stored through the seepage-collecting water-discharging pipe network; when water is lacked, the stored water can be utilized, and municipal water can be communicated and utilized; and the water is reasonably utilized, the vegetation avoids root rot due to excessive water or dryness and withering due to water lack, water balance is achieved well, the survival rate of swamping green land seedlings is greatly improved, and themethod is not only suitable for reconstruction treatment of swamping green land, but also generally applicable to supply demand of garden water in rainy and non-rainy seasons.
