The invention relates to a control model of a transformer iron core technological coefficient. The transformer iron core production technological coefficient K is decomposed into five sub coefficientsaccording to each procedure: a stacking influence sub coefficient K1, a longitudinal shearing influence sub coefficient K2, a transverse shearing influence sub coefficient K3, an iron core structureinfluence sub coefficient K4 and a burr influence sub coefficient Kk; the iron core technological coefficient K has the control model as follows: K is equal to (1+K5)*(1+K1+K2+K3+K4); and the iron core adopts oriented silicon steel. By virtue of the control model disclosed in the invention, influence of each procedure of the process on the performance of the oriented silicon steel material can beaccurately analyzed; meanwhile, the influence degree of the quality of each procedure on the final iron core no-load performance can be analyzed; and through accurate positioning and analyzing, the quality of each procedure in the transformer iron core production can be better controlled, and the product performance of the transformer iron core can be improved.
