The invention discloses a method for establishing a seismic survey line of a seismic observation system. The method includes the steps of firstly, determining, in a direction perpendicular to the layof the land, the position of a shot line, a rough common midpoint (CMP) position obtained at one time and a CMP surface element size, then selecting an inflection point of the bend of the shot line asa reference point to obtain coordinate positions of a shot point and a receiving point, then obtaining the coordinates of the CMP, and finally obtaining a specific position of the survey line. According to the invention, the position of the survey line is accurately tested, thus, the resolution and signal-to-noise ratio of seismic raw data tested by the seismic observation system are improved, and the accuracy of the test is ensured.
