When the passive protective net is impacted, the space betweenthe upper bottom plate and the lower bottom plate is reduced, the elastic part starts to absorb energy, the impact applied to the base fastener is buffered, the stability of the base fastener in rockand soil is effectively improved, and then the flexibility and the impact resistance of the passive protective net are improved.
