A supporting net is formed by weaving ofhydrophilic and hydrophobic materials, wherein the hydrophilic material is interwoven to formed loops of the material, and the hydrophilic material extends from a fiber net surface of a first portion,loops of the material, and a fiber net surface of a second portion, and is separated longitudinally by the first portion. Similarly, the hydrophobic material is interwoven to formed loops of the material, and the hydrophobic material extends from a continuous material surface of a third portion, the loops of the material, and a continuous material surface of a fourth portion, and is separated longitudinally by the third portion. First and third supporting net surfaces are arranged face to face with one another, and second and fourth supporting net surfaces are arranged face to face with one another, so that four surface portions of the textile are defined.
