The invention discloses a simulating and modeling method for research on the heat conductivity of composite materials. The simulating and modeling method includes automatically generating controllablesingle-carbon-nano-tube models; automatically generating controllable agglomeration carbon-nano-tube models; carrying out finite element calculation. Compared with the prior art, the simulating and modeling method has the advantages that spatial bending random distribution three-dimensional numerical models of the carbon nano-tube/epoxy resin composite materials are built by the aid of finite element processes, heat conduction mechanisms of the carbon nano-tube/epoxy resin composite materials can be revealed, and the foundation can be laid for further technical research by the mainly protected simulating and modeling method for automatic generation procedures for controllable carbon nano-tubes.
