An embodiment of the invention provides a flexible electronic device. A device matrix comprises a first part, a second part, and a bendable part. The bendable part comprises a first rotating shaft anda second rotating shaft. The first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft are connected between the first part and the second part. The first part comprises a communication module, a first metal wire, and a second metal wire. The second part comprises a third metal wire. One end of the first metal wire is electrically connected with a first output end of the communication module, and the other end of the first metal wire is electrically connected with one end of the first rotating shaft. The other end of the first rotating shaft, far away from the first metal wire, is electrically connected with one end of the third metal wire, and the other end of the third metal wire is electrically connected with one end of the second rotating shaft. The other end of the second rotating shaft, far away from the third metal wire, is electrically connected with one end of the second metal wire. The other end of the second metal wire is electrically connected with a second output end of the communication module. The first metal wire, the first rotating shaft, the third metal wire, the second rotating shaft, and the second metal wire form at least a part of an antenna structure.
