The device comprises a magnetic cylinder which is arranged in a cylindrical shell and composed of a magnetic yoke, a magnetizer and a permanent magnet, the magnetizer is connected with one pole of the permanent magnet, the other pole of the permanent magnet is connected with the magnetic yoke, the magnetizer is sleeved with a skeleton provided with a vertical shaft and a sleeve, a coil winds around the sleeve, the vertical shaft is connected with a coupling shaft located below the bottom surface of the magnetic yoke, the coupling shaft is connected with a pressure head, the coupling shaft is provided with symmetrical long arms and symmetrical short arms, the bottom surfacesof the symmetrical long arms are connected with the upper end surface of the inner bottom wall of the bottom of the cylindrical shell through a spring, a displacement sensor is arranged on the inner bottom wall below the symmetrical short arms, and a proximity switch is arranged on the inner bottom wall. Compared with the prior art, the device can accurately control the size of loading force valueof the pressure head on the surface of a detected object, a system error introduced by the direction acting force generated by spring compression is reduced, and it is guaranteed that the control precision of micro-force loading and the accuracy of Vickers hardness measurement are achieved.
