The invention discloses a method for rapidly proliferating CIK cells and a kit. The method adopts the technical scheme that the kit for rapidly proliferating the CIK cells comprises an activating agent, a CIK cell activating agent and a CIK cell proliferating agent, wherein the activating agent is prepared by dissolving a CD3 monoclonal antibody and an IFN-gamma in PBS (phosphate buffer solution);the CIK cell activating agent is prepared by dissolving IL-2, IL-1alpha and IFN-gamma into PBS; the CIK cell proliferating agent comprises IL-2, ascorbic acid, vitamin E, human plasma albumin and insulin. The method and the kit have the advantages that the method and the kit are convenient in use and simple in operation, the CIK cells can be proliferated efficiently and rapidly, the culture cycleis greatly shortened, and a mononuclear cell separated in 50mL-100mL of peripheral blood can be induced and proliferated into 2-8*10<10> CIK cells in two weeks.
