The invention discloses a packing bag with outer reinforcement strips extending to an outer valve opening. The packing bag comprises a bag body. An upper bottom and a lower bottom are arranged at theupper end and the lower end of the bag body correspondingly. The lower bottom is provided with a pouring valve opening. The pouring valve opening communicates with the interior of the bag body and comprises a barrel-shaped valve body. The valve body comprises an inner hidden portion and an outer extending portion. The inner hidden portion is arranged in the bag body. The outer extending portion stretches out of the bag body. The outer reinforcement strips are arranged on the outer surface of the upper bottom and the outer surface of the lower bottom. The length of the outer reinforcement stripof the lower bottom is equal to the sum of the length of the lower bottom and the length of the outer extending portion. The width of the outer reinforcement strip of the lower bottom is equal to thewidth of the lower bottom. According to the packing bag, the outer reinforcement strips extend to the outer extending portion of the valve opening from the bottoms, the strength of the outer extending portion is larger, and valve opening damage during filling is avoided.
