The invention specifically relates to a novel carbon fiber tube for a college student formula car suspension and a bonding process. The invention aims to provide a carbon fiber tube and a bonding process, which have the advantages of low production cost and high forming speed and is suitable for being manufactured in a small batch. The bonding process comprises an outer mold and an inner mold, wherein the outer mold is used for forming the shape of the outer surface of the carbon fiber tube, the inner mold is used for forming the shape of the inner surface of the carbon fiber tube, both ends of the inner mold and the outer mold are respectively connected with an aluminum alloy joint and a rod end joint, a radial bearing which is connected with wheels is arranged on the aluminum alloy joint, and a rod end bearing which is connected with a car body is arranged on the rod end joint; the bonding process comprises the following steps of manufacturing the molds, forming the carbon fiber tubeand performing post processing on the carbon fiber tube. The carbon fiber tube is manufactured by using an outer mold and inner mold combined method, so that the accuracy of the inner and outer surfaces of the carbon fiber tube is high, the surface is smooth, and additionally, the curing and forming of the carbon fiber tube and the bonding of the aluminum alloy joint are performed at the same time, so that time is saved, and the working efficiency is improved.
