The invention discloses a metal instrument shell before-coating treatment method. The metal instrument shell before-coating treatment method comprises the following steps that (1) surface polishing treatment is carried out; (2) oil removal treatment is carried out; (3) acid-base soaking treatment is carried out; (4) magnetization modified treatment is carried out; and (5) drying treatment is carried out. According to the treatment method, the paint spraying treatment quality is effectively improved, the protection effect is improved, the service life of a metal instrument shell is prolonged, and the metal instrument shell before-coating treatment method has the application and popularization value.
