The invention provides shoes (10), wherein each shoe comprises a sole (11) and an upper (12). The sole (12) is connected with the upper (11), and furthermore an opening (101) is formed between the sole (11) and the upper. The shoe (10) further comprises a touch interaction device (13) which comprises a flexible touch sensor (133), a display module (135) and a control module (137). The flexile touch sensor (133) and the display module (135) are arranged on the upper (12). The control module (137) is electrically connected with the flexible touch sensor (133) and the display module (135). The flexible touch sensor (133) is used for receiving a touch control instruction. The control module (137) is used for making the display module (135) perform displaying according to the touch control instruction. The invention further discloses a shoe control method.
