According to the energy-saving high-magnetic-inductivity oriented silicon steel production method, the secondary recrystallization temperature To of a product is defined according to components and the detected decarburizing and, nitriding annealed steel strip iron loss value P13/50, accordingly, the secondary recrystallization temperature rise rate and atmosphere conversion control can be improved, and the time is shortened by not lower than 40% in the high-temperature annealing and temperature rise process; and through prolonging of the heat preservation time of the secondary recrystallization temperature area and targeted maintenance of a restraining agent through the atmosphere, secondary recrystallization of the product is improved, the performance is stable and is improved by not lower than 1.92 T.
