The invention provides an impregnation device and method for preparing 3D printing supplies. The device comprises a closed shell with an insulation layer, and a fiber preheating mouth mold, a tensionroller, a guide roller, a fish shuttle type impregnation roller, all stages of guide mouth molds and a final mouth mold arranged in the shell in sequence; the fish shuttle type impregnation roller isa core part of the device; the device, as a main part of a supply production line, can greatly retain the main body strength of fibers and improve the impregnation quality of the fibers, so that the equipment guarantee is provided for stable production; and the length of manufacturing equipment is shortened to provide space for further miniaturization transformation of the equipment.
