The invention discloses a tank body stretching punch rod device. The tank body stretching punch rod device comprises a rod body, a first medium channel is formed in the rod body, at least one throughhole communicated with the first medium channel is formed in the circumferential direction of the rod body; the invention further discloses a tank body stretching device and a method for reducing friction force between a puncher pin and the tank body. According to the punch rod device, one medium channel is additionally arranged, when the puncher pin and the tank body are separated, media of gas,water, emulsion liquid and the like are exerted to the position between contact faces of the outer surface of the puncher pin and the tank body, the friction force between the contact faces is reduced, tank falling is facilitated, and meanwhile the tank body quality is improved.
