The pressure reversing device comprises an upper joint, a barrel body, a central pipe, multiple groups of hydraulic components, compression rings, a locatingsleeve, a guide ring and a pushing ring, a second spring, and a lower joint; the barrel body is arranged under the upper joint; the central pipe is sleeved with the upper joint and arranged in the barrel body; the groups of hydraulic components are arranged in multiple axial holes on the side wall of the central pipe; the compression rings are sleeved with the hydraulic components; the locating sleeve is connected with the central pipe and arranged below the hydraulic components; the guide ring and the pushing ring are sequentially arranged at the lower portion of the central pipe in a sleeving mode, the second spring is internally sleeved with the pushing ring; the lower joint is arranged below the barrel body; and the middle of the outer side of the upper joint is provided with a joint of a hydraulic control pipeline, the lower end of the upper joint is provided with multiple hydraulic control pipeline joints, the number of the hydraulic control pipeline joints are the same as the hydraulic components, and the hydraulic control pipeline joints arranged on the upper joint communicate with each other in the upper joint. The pressure reversing device solves the problem of complicated layout technology of the double-controlled underground safety valve pipeline; and not only is the oil and gas production channel controlled, the number of the wellhead pipelines is reduced, but alsothe layout technology of the wellhead and underground pipeline are greatly simplified, and the operation efficiency is improved.
