The production method for the novel sealing bottle caps comprises the stepsthat firstly, shell raw materials are injected into a shell mold, and a shell is formed, wherein a containing chamber is formed in an inner cavity of the shell; then pull ring raw materials are injected into a pull ring mold, and a pull ring is formed; then the containing chamber is filled with an additive, and a notch of the containing chamber is covered with the pull ring; and finally, the pullring and the side wall of the containing chamber are fused through an ultrasonic wave fusion method to seal the notch of the containing chamber. By the adoption of the production method for the novelsealing bottle caps, the sealing performance of the produced bottle caps is good, and the use is convenient.
