The invention discloses a forming device for production of masterbatch. A base is included; a horizontal material conveying device is fixed to the top of the base; a vertical material conveying deviceis fixed to the side face of the base; a material outlet of the vertical material conveying device is formed above a feeding hopper of a stirring tank, and a dustproof cover is welded between the material outlet of the vertical material conveying device and the feeding hopper; a first inclined plate is fixed to the upper portion of the side, close to a masterbatch making machine, of the inner wall of a cooling tank; a second inclined plate is fixed to the middle portion of the side, away from the masterbatch making machine, of the inner wall of the cooling tank; the lower end of the first inclined plate is located at the upper end of the second inclined plate; the lower portion of the side face of the cooling tank is connected with the gas outflow end of a turbofan; the gas outflow end ofthe turbofan is connected with a filtering device; a filter screen is fixed in the filtering device through a bolt; and the side, away from the turbofan, of the filtering device is provided with an air inlet. The forming device is good in forming effect, ingenious in design, reasonable in structure and suitable for popularization.
